Overture Tour & Audubon Room Happy Hour

Join Megan Jerabek for an evening at the beautiful Overture Center downtown!

We will take a tour of the Overture Center and close our time with a happy hour in the VIP only, rarely accessible Audubon Room!

Did you know that a local doctor and philanthropist started collecting these original prints early in his life? You can view portions of his collection all around Madison: including places like the UW-Madison Arboretum visitor's center and the University Room. The collection housed at the Overture Center is not open to the public, however, it is often used as a reception room for visiting artists and performers. Rumor has it that Yo-Yo Ma was so intrigued by the prints, he spent little time socializing after his performance - rather, he wanted to focus on viewing John James Audubon's amazing work.
